My VIZIO/TiVo app is not loading
Summary
We've received some reports about the VIZIO and TiVo Premiere applications having trouble loading the Hulu interface, often freezing on the main loading screen.

If you do have a large number of videos in your queue, the quickest way to get the app working again is to remove most of them by visiting your queue on your personal computer.

  1. Go to your queue
  2. Remove saved shows until you have less than 200 in your queue (in some rare cases, you may need to go down to 0)
  3. Then, restart the Hulu app on your VIZIO or TiVo Premiere

It's important to note that Queue is one of Hulu's previous features and is still found in the Hulu app on select devices. Most devices currently support Hulu's newest feature, Watchlist. Please visit here for help with Watchlist.
