While one of our long-term goals is to make Hulu's growing content lineup available worldwide, we don't have a timetable or any news regarding expansion at this time. Expansion requires working with content owners to clear the rights for each show or film in each specific region, and those agreements can take a while to be established.
Here’s a detailed list of Hulu’s international restrictions:
Hulu On Demand
Hulu with Limited Commercials and Hulu No Commercials are available to stream only in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and U.S. military bases.
Hulu with Live TV
A Hulu with Live TV subscription is intended for use by members of a single U.S. residence. Hulu with Live TV is currently not available internationally, in U.S. territories (like Puerto Rico), or on U.S. military bases.
If you are trying to access Hulu’s on-demand content from a U.S. military base, or if our system has incorrectly determined that you are outside the U.S., please contact us directly. We'd love to work with all military families living overseas, but at the moment we can only offer our on-demand service to those receiving their internet service directly from the base.
Hulu doesn’t work with anonymizers or proxy services. If you do not believe that you use such a service, but are seeing an error regarding one, please visit this support article for more details. If you do use such a service, you will need to discontinue its use in order to watch Hulu videos.
Signing up for Hulu
To sign up for Hulu, you will need a U.S.-issued payment source, such as a credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or third-party billing provider (iTunes, Amazon, or Roku).
