Nov 9, 2018

As a Hulu subscriber, you can customize your subscription by selecting different plans and add-ons to fit your TV needs.

  1. Go to your Account page
  2. Under the Your Subscription tab, select Manage next to Add-ons
  3. To switch plans, select On/Off next to the plan you want (for example, Hulu with Live TV). If applicable, select Add this/Remove this next to any Feature Add-on or Premium Network (HBO, SHOWTIME, Cinemax) you want to add to or remove from your plan
  4. Confirm your choices by selecting Continue

Please note that there may be different steps to manage or cancel your subscription if you are billed by a third party.

iTunes-billed

As an iTunes-billed subscriber, you have the option to choose between the following two plans:

  • Limited Commercials
  • No Commercials

To make changes, follow the appropriate steps according to the device you are using: computer, Apple TV, or iOS device (such as an iPhone or iPad).

In order to subscribe to Hulu with Live TV or get Premium Add-ons like SHOWTIME, HBO, and Cinemax, you will need to subscribe directly with Hulu. Existing iTunes-billed Hulu subscribers will want to end their current subscription beforehand. Once the remainder of your paid billing cycle is over, you can then resubscribe at Hulu.com/welcome.

  2. Under the Your Subscription tab, select Manage next to Add-ons
  3. To switch plans, select On/Off next to the plan you want (for example, Hulu with Live TV). If applicable, select Add this/Remove this next to any Feature Add-on or Premium Network you wish to add to or remove from your plan

Having trouble?

In case you’re unable to select a service or Add-on from your Account page, it’s possible you need to switch to our enhanced billing system for Roku.

  1. Open the Hulu app on your Roku device (and sign in, if prompted)
  2. Head to the Account section on the main menu
  3. Select Settings > Enhance my billing system

Once complete, you’ll be able to choose all services and features from your Account page.

Spotify

If you are a Spotify Premium with Hulu subscriber, you have access to Spotify Premium and the Hulu Limited Commercials plan. You can manage your Premium with Hulu subscription via your Spotify account page. If you need step-by-step information about how to do so, please check out Spotify’s support site.

Note: Spotify with Hulu bundles include Hulu Limited Commercials plan. At this time, you won’t be able to sign up or access the Hulu No Commercials plan, Hulu with Live TV, or Premium Networks such as HBO, SHOWTIME, and Cinemax if you sign up for Hulu + Spotify.

Sprint

If you are an existing Sprint-billed Hulu user, your eligible Sprint plan includes Hulu with Limited Commercials. For an additional price, you can switch to another plan, like No Commercials or Hulu with Live TV. Some Premium Network Add-ons aren’t available on Sprint-billed Hulu plans.

To manage your Sprint-billed Hulu plan, head to your Account page on Hulu.com and select Manage next to Add-ons. You can also do this via your Sprint account page online or by contacting Sprint support.

Note: Your payment method is maintained by Sprint, therefore you will need to verify or update your billing information directly through them.
