If you continue experiencing issues after completing general troubleshooting, here are some additional, device-specific steps for your iOS device that may help:
- Force quit the app: Go to your Home screen and double-click your Home button to bring up the multi-task tray
- Uninstall the Hulu app and redownload it from the App Store: From your Home screen, tap and hold the Hulu app until it starts wiggling and a small X appears in its upper left corner. Tap the app again and press Delete.* Search for Hulu in the App Store and click on the cloud icon to re-download. Once the download is complete, tap Open to reopen Hulu.
- Make sure that your device is updated to the latest version of iOS: From your home screen tap Settings > General > Software Update. We recommend using iOS 10.0 or higher.
- Reset your network settings (be sure you know your network's name and password – you'll have to re-enter this information): Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
*Please note that if you do not have a currently-supported version of iOS installed on your device (iOS 10.0 or above), you may have trouble downloading the Hulu app.
